Forestna design by uses a tropical modern style, combining natural materials like wood and stone with open, airy spaces. Large glass doors and open areas connect the house to nature, while flat and hip roofs provide shade and help with heat ventilation. The design allows for good airflow, keeping the house cool. A swimming pool adds freshness, and the open carport ensures convenience. Overall, the house feels spacious, comfortable, and well-suited for a tropical climate

Technology

The Forestna integrates technology with a strong focus on sustainability, ensuring that homes harmonize with the environment. We incorporate solar energy as part of our homes to help residents save on electricity costs. Additionally, each home is equipped with an automatic gate system for added convenience.



For shared spaces, besides having security personnel, we also implement a keycard access system, providing a dual-layer security measure for enhanced safety.
